Affirmations

I’m not always the biggest affirmation person - there’s a fine line for me between something feeling legitimate and something feeling a little too woo - but there’s no denying our thoughts affect how we feel.

So if you’re struggling with extra critical thoughts about your body, I think it’s worth considering whether those thoughts are helpful or harmful. If they aren’t serving you, try replacing them with some of these body-neutral affirmations below.

Write them down, put a sticky note on your mirror, put it as the background screen on your phone, whatever works for you.
